You can build a seating chart without paying. A magic-link account is required to save a chart to our database and to pay. The $29 charge unlocks exports for one chart: poster PDFs at 24×36 in, 18×24 in, and A2, escort and place cards, a caterer spreadsheet, and the seat-finder page with a QR download.

Checkout is provided by Stripe. The seller shown there is the business on that Stripe account, POWERFUL INSIGHT VENTURES LLC (Verofin DBA). The files are generated from the chart saved on your account. You are responsible for having permission to store the guest details you upload.

Guest names and table numbers are visible to anyone with the event link.

You can turn the seat-finder off. Cards are laid out on a plain sheet with crop marks for you to cut. We don't promise they line up with a particular brand of label stock. Poster pages are the sizes stated above; your printer still has to be willing to run that sheet.
