Questions about the wedding seating chart
Is the builder free?
Yes. Importing guests, arranging tables, auto-seat, and the conflict check do not require a card. $29 unlocks the poster PDFs, escort and place cards, the caterer spreadsheet, and the seat-finder for that one chart.
Do I need an account?
Not to start. The draft stays in this browser. A magic-link sign-in saves the chart to your account so you can open it on another device, and it is required before checkout.
What poster sizes do I get?
24×36 inches, 18×24 inches, and A2. Text is vector, and the fonts are embedded. Choose from Linden or Atelier templates.
Will the cards fit a label sheet I already own?
We don't claim that. Cards print on a plain sheet with crop marks. Cut on the marks.
Who can see guest names?
Guest names and table numbers are visible to anyone with the event link. Meals and accessibility notes are not on that page. You can turn the seat-finder off.
How do I delete a chart?
Email support@verofin.co from the account address and ask. We delete the saved chart and the guest details on it.
When do you refund?
If we don't deliver the file, or the file is corrupt and we can't replace it. Details are on the refund page.
