Refunds

The $29 export is a digital file generated from your chart. We refund that charge when we do not deliver the file, or when the file we deliver is corrupt and we cannot replace it with a working one.

Email support@verofin.co with the checkout session id and what failed. We will resend a working file or refund the charge.

A change of mind, a chart you decided not to print, or a design you dislike after opening it is not a refund reason. If the file opens and matches the chart you saved, the sale stands.
