Verofin Seating stores the chart you save: couple names, date, venue, tables, guest names, party or group, plus-one flags, meal choices, and accessibility notes. A magic-link sign-in uses your email address. Payment is handled by Stripe; we store the checkout session id that unlocked a chart, not your card number.

Guest names and table numbers are visible to anyone with the event link.

Meal choices and accessibility notes are sensitive. They are stored so the caterer spreadsheet can be printed for the couple. They are not shown on the seat-finder page. The seat-finder returns at most five names that match what a guest typed, plus the table name.

Delete on request

Email support@verofin.co from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We delete the account, charts, guest names, meals, accessibility notes, rules, and the seat-finder link from our database. A draft that never left your browser stays on that device until you clear site data.

No resale

We do not sell guest lists, meal choices, or accessibility notes.

The host of a chart decides whether the seat-finder is on. Turning it off stops new lookups. Anyone who already wrote down a table number still has that note.
